You have not stumbled upon this page by chance. The Lord is waiting. The purpose of this site is to encourage you to spend time with the Lord and to fall in love with Him. Not just to know about Him, but to fall deeply in love with Him.
Why?
Because He loves you more that anyone will ever love you. He made you, and in your design is an innate need to be close to Him. If you don’t know and love the Lord, then a piece of you is missing, and whether you realize it or not, you will always be searching for Him.
He wants you to stop searching. He wants you to find Him. How do you do that? You make a conscious effort to seek Him. Just as you develop an intimate relationship with a best friend by spending time together, you will develop a close relationship with your Lord and Savior by spending time with Him and making Him a priority in your life.
Look through the posts or comments made by other people who are working on their relationship with Him, or try out the tools like the “Give Him 5″ starter kit . Begin by spending 5 minutes every day entirely focused on the Lord. If you commit to it, your life will never be the same.
I just received Give Him 5 Starter Kit in the mail. What a delight! How inspirational! Thank you for thinking of me and turning my busy day into joy and my raking leaves into dancing. I just spent 5 minutes thanking God for an amazing friend and ended up lingering in His Presence for almost an hour. Back to the leaves, but with a new spring in my step. Ahhhhhh!
Praise the Lord! I was hoping you would love it. The feedback that I have been getting is incredible. I know that God has amazing plans and I am having so much fun watching them come together. St. Peter’s is using it at one of their teen retreats next weekend. Keep dancing with the Lord, my friend!
Spending time with the Lord each day will change your life forever. Think of all the things you waste time on in a day and find a way to give Him five minutes. Make good choices!
You are absolutely right. It is all about being intentional. We have to make that choice. Put Him first, and everything else falls into its natural place.
I would like to make the lord more important in my life. I think it can be hard to make time for him. 5 minutes seems like a good start. Thanks!
Keep trying to spend time with Him every day. You will be amazed at how it will change the way that you look at life.You will begin to want to give Him even more than 5 minutes as your love for Him grows. Bless you!

I love this! Give him 5 is such a great idea! Spending time with the Lord is so important and i think this will get kids to start growing closer to him. =) Keep it up!
